Workaround:
Download the Court Audio Package for the matter. The downloaded folder includes copies of the Information and eROP.

If you do not need audio for a specific hearing date, select any available date and the download will contain the most recent version of these documents.

Access to Court Materials (ACM) provides lawyers with secure, on-demand access to key Provincial Court materials for Adult Criminal, Youth Criminal, Family Law Act (FLA), and Child, Family and Community Service Act (CFCSA) matters.

Through ACM, lawyers can access:

  • Court documents
  • Court audio recordings
  • Court log notes
  • MS Teams courtroom links for virtual appearances
To use ACM, lawyers must verify their status using their digital credentials in the BC Wallet app, ensuring secure and authorized access.

If you are using a Mac and require court audio in a compatible format, you can request an MP3 copy:

  1. Log in to ACM and submit your document and audio request, and endorse the required Undertaking.
  2. Once submitted, note your request number.
  3. Email ASKACM@gov.bc.ca with your request number only.

We are working toward a technical solution and will update this notice when it is resolved.

  • View daily court lists

Provincial Court FLA Forms & Filing

Use this service to complete and eFile Family Law Act forms.

Access FLA App

To enter, you'll need:

The BC Services Card app installed on your mobile phone.

The BC Wallet app installed on your mobile phone.

In your BC Wallet app add your Person credential.

In your BC Wallet app add your Lawyer Credential issued by the Law Society of British Columbia.

Check if your names on your Lawyer Credential and Person credential match.
If they do not match, you can still gain access to court materials online. Contact ASKACM@gov.bc.ca to request for a manual review of your credentials.
